Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Shoplyve, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Shop Lyve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your use of the Shop Lyve mobile app and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

The App lets you post content other people can see, including messages, comments, reactions, Pick and Squad names, and your profile. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post or send content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone;
• is hateful or discriminatory, or promotes violence;
• is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors;
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
• is illegal, or infringes anyone else’s rights.

3. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report any message or comment by pressing and holding it, and report or block any person from their profile. Blocking someone immediately hides their messages and comments from you and notifies us. We review reports within 24 hours. When content or a user breaks these Terms, we remove the content and may suspend or permanently ban the account that posted it.

4. Products and purchases

Product names, prices, and images in the App come from retailers’ public listings and may change. Shop Lyve does not sell products. When you tap Buy, you complete your purchase on the retailer’s own website, under that retailer’s terms.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, and we’ll post the new date at the top. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. The App is provided “as is,” to the fullest extent the law allows.
